4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By placing an order you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
5. Products
We make every effort to ensure that:
• product descriptions are accurate;
• prices are correct;
• images fairly represent the products.
However:
• colours may vary depending upon your device;
• measurements may vary slightly;
• packaging may change from time to time.
Minor differences between photographs and the delivered product do not constitute a defect.
6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT at the applicable UK rate.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown during checkout before payment is taken.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is accepted.
7. Placing Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
After placing your order you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
• payment cannot be authorised;
• products are unavailable;
• pricing errors occur;
• fraud is suspected;
• there has been a genuine mistake regarding the product or its availability.
If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund.
8. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other authorised payment providers.
We do not store your payment card details.
Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
9. Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Ownership of goods passes to you once:
• payment has been received in full; and
• the goods have been delivered.
Risk in the goods passes upon delivery.
10. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right you must notify us clearly by email or in writing before the cancellation period expires.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been returned.
Returned goods should be:
• unused;
• in their original condition;
• with original packaging where reasonably possible.
Your statutory cancellation rights do not apply to products exempt under the Regulations, including (where applicable):
• personalised goods;
• sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.
11. Returns and Faulty Goods
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to:
• repair;
• replacement;
• refund;
depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
We may reduce the refund amount if returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
13. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Occasionally stock discrepancies may occur.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and provide a refund or suitable alternative where appropriate.
