If we are unable to verify that you are aged 18 or over through OneID, we will be unable to complete your order for age-restricted products. Any payment already taken will be refunded in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery of Age-Restricted Products

Where required by law or our delivery partners, age-restricted products may be sent using an age-verified delivery service.

The delivery driver may request valid photographic identification before handing over the goods. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided, delivery may be refused and the order may be returned to us.
