Standard UK Delivery
We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders.
Our standard delivery service is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing tracking information and delivery within approximately 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Grills and barbecues will be delivered to your door within 3 working days using a two-man delivery service. On the day of despatch you will receive an email from the courier informing you that your order is on the way and to expect delivery 2 days later. The email will give you the option to re-schedule the delivery to a more convenient date up to 5 working days from the day of despatch. On the scheduled delivery date you will receive an email that lets you know that your goods are loaded on to a van for delivery. This notification will include a 2 hour estimated delivery window as well as a short video that explains details about the two man service, so that you can make any preparations necessary. 30 minutes to 1 hour before the delivery, the team will call to let you know they are on the way to your address. When they arrive at the delivery address they will unload your order and place at the nearest access point inside the property. Please note that delivery does not include assistance with product set up or siting.
Express UK Delivery
For customers requiring faster delivery, we offer Express Delivery for £6.99 per order.
We aim to deliver to UK mainland addresses Next Day using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service on all orders received before 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Orders received after 2:00 pm, or on weekends or UK public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that this service is not offered on larger items.
Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday) on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm on a Friday, or at any time during the weekend or on a UK public holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day.
During periods of exceptionally high demand, promotional events or adverse weather conditions, dispatch and delivery times may be extended. We will always endeavour to keep any delays to a minimum.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details (where applicable), allowing you to follow your parcel's progress.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Certain locations may require additional delivery time, and next working day delivery may not be available in all areas.
