The RÖSLE name and trade marks remain the property of their respective owner.

3. Our Contract With You

3.1 Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

3.2 Acceptance of your order

A contract between you and Taylor's Eye Witness Limited will only be formed when we dispatch your products and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

3.3 If we cannot accept your order

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

This may occur because:

Products are unavailable;
There is an error in pricing or product information;
We are unable to deliver to your location;
Legal restrictions apply;
Age verification requirements cannot be satisfied.

Your order number will be provided in your confirmation email. Please quote this number when contacting us regarding your order.

5. Product Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are displayed separately before checkout.

Payment must be completed before products are dispatched.

We accept payment through secure payment providers.

We do not store complete payment card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed in our Delivery Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before our stated cut-off time will normally be processed on the same working day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Age Restricted Products

Certain products sold through our website, including knives and bladed products, are restricted to customers aged 18 or over.

By purchasing an age-restricted product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

In addition, we offer a goodwill returns period of 28 days for unused and resalable products.

Returned products must:

Be unused;
Be in original condition;
Include original packaging where possible;
Be suitable for resale.

The cost of returning unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Faulty Products

We are legally required to supply products that:

Match their description;
Are of satisfactory quality;
Are fit for purpose.

If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to:

Refund.

10. Guarantee

Certain RÖSLE products are covered by our Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

The guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights.

The guarantee does not cover:

Accidental damage;
Misuse;
Normal wear and tear;
Damage caused by incorrect care or use.

11. Ownership and Responsibility

Products become your responsibility once delivered to your nominated delivery address.

Ownership transfers once payment has been received in full.

12. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Fraud;
Breach of your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for business losses where products are purchased for commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes:

Are subject to any stated expiry dates;
Cannot normally be combined unless stated otherwise;
May be withdrawn where misuse is suspected.

All website content, including images, text, graphics and branding, belongs to Taylor's Eye Witness Limited or is used under licence.

The RÖSLE trade marks remain the property of their respective owner.

You must not copy or reproduce website content without permission.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also have rights to bring proceedings under their local jurisdiction.
