Last Updated: 10/08/2026
At Taylor's Eye Witness Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be able to return it in accordance with the policy below.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you change your mind or no longer want an item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided that:
-
The item is unused and in a saleable condition.
-
The item is returned in its original packaging wherever reasonably possible.
-
The item is free from damage and suitable for resale.
-
Proof of purchase or your order number is provided.
For unwanted items that are not faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise problematic, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. A £3.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
The original delivery charge is non-refundable, unless otherwise required by your statutory rights.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. Where the above conditions are met, your refund will be processed to your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet your statutory consumer rights, please request a return through the “Request a Return” section of your customer account as soon as possible.
Where the issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of Taylor's Eye Witness Limited, we will cover the cost of return postage and will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.
If your item has arrived damaged, please provide photographs when submitting your return request where possible. This will help us assess the issue and process your request more efficiently.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Where applicable, you retain your statutory rights to cancel, return, repair, replacement or refund. This policy does not limit or exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
How to Request a Return
All return requests should be submitted through the “Request a Return” section of your customer account.
When submitting your request, you may be asked to provide:
-
Your order number.
-
The item(s) you wish to return.
-
The reason for the return.
-
Photographs of the item where it is damaged or faulty.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the relevant return instructions.
Please do not send goods back before your return request has been authorised, as this may delay the processing of your return and refund.
Returning Your Goods
When returning products, please package them securely to prevent damage during transit.
For unwanted items, you are responsible for the return postage cost, which will be charged at £3.95 and deducted from your refund.
Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Taylor's Eye Witness Limited will cover the cost of return postage and will provide the appropriate return instructions.
We recommend following the return instructions provided to you and retaining proof of postage until your return and refund have been completed.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned goods for your refund to be processed, although refunds are often completed sooner.
Where a return is approved, the refund will be made in accordance with your statutory rights and the terms of this policy.
