For your peace of mind, the majority of RÖSLE products are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Our Warranty Periods:
As the official UK distributor of RÖSLE products in the United Kingdom, Taylor’s Eye Witness Limited provides a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing and material defects on all RÖSLE products with the exception of the following categories:
SPORT / SMOKER Charcoal grills: 5 Year manufacturer warranty
AIR Charcoal grills: 10 Year manufacturer warranty
ALLFLAME gas grills: 7 Year manufacturer warranty
EPICFLAM E gas grills: 10 Year manufacturer warranty
BLAZEFLAME gas grills: 20 Year manufacturer warranty

What Our Lifetime Guarantee Covers
Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the normal domestic use of eligible RÖSLE products.
If an eligible product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product with the same or an equivalent item; or
- Where repair or replacement is not possible, provide an appropriate refund or store credit.
The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What Is Not Covered
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect the performance of the product (including scratches, dents, staining or discolouration).
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or accidental damage.
- Damage resulting from improper use, improper storage or failure to follow the product care instructions.
- Commercial, professional or industrial use unless the product is specifically intended for such use.
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Consumable components or parts that naturally wear over time.
Your Statutory Rights
This Lifetime Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Making a Guarantee Claim
If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Services team before returning the item.
Please include:
- Your name and contact details.
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- The product name.
- A description of the fault.
- Clear photographs showing the defect where possible.

We may ask you to return the product for inspection before a decision is made.
Assessment of Claims
All guarantee claims are subject to inspection by Taylor's Eye Witness Limited.
Where we determine that the fault is the result of a manufacturing defect covered by this guarantee, we will repair or replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy at our discretion.
If inspection shows that the damage is not covered by this guarantee, we will explain our findings before returning the product or discussing any available alternatives.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase from the official RÖSLE UK online store or an authorised UK retailer may be required to make a guarantee claim.
Limitation
This Lifetime Guarantee applies only to genuine RÖSLE products supplied in the UK by Taylor's Eye Witness Limited or an authorised UK retailer. It does not apply to counterfeit products or products purchased through unauthorised sellers.
Taylor's Eye Witness Limited reserves the right to amend this Guarantee Policy from time to time. Any changes will not affect guarantee claims relating to products purchased before the revised policy takes effect.
